Ryan Mayberry - Chairman

Ryan Mayberry lives in the Bethlehem community with his wife Tracy and daughter Caroline. Mr. Mayberry graduated from Alexander Central High School and Appalachian State University, and in 1997 started a Construction and Development company that acquires, develops, and builds residential real estate.

Ryan Mayberry is a member of Taylorsville Presbyterian Church, the National Association of Homebuilders, the NC Homebuilders Association, and a member of the Hickory-Catawba Valley Homebuilders Association where he serves on the Board of Directors and on the Government Affairs Committee. Mr. Mayberry has also served on the Alexander County Building Services Advisory Board Committee and was one of the original founding members.

He served as vice-chairman in 2010 and will continue the position again in 2011.
